Booking Policy

This Booking Policy applies to all consulting services offered by Tushar Jain, including:

  • Mentoring Sessions for Aspiring Product Managers

  • PRD Review Sessions (3-session format)

  • Mock Interviews

  • Problem Statement Brainstorming

  • User Research Discussions

  • Any future consulting session types
     

By booking any session, you agree to this Booking Policy in addition to the Payment Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Requirements

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the website.

  • Accurate details are mandatory: Name, Email, Phone, Current Role.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment via the authorised payment gateway.

2. Session Duration & Overruns

  • Sessions have fixed durations (30–60 minutes).

  • Session end times are strict.

  • Any discussion beyond booked time requires a new paid session.

3. Late Arrival

  • Late arrivals do not extend session end times.

  • Lost time due to late arrival cannot be recovered.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Joining more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show.

  • No-show sessions are treated as delivered; no refunds or rescheduling apply.

5. Rescheduling

  • Reschedule at least 6 hours before the session.

  • Requests within 6 hours of the start time will not be accommodated.

  • Rescheduling must be done via the member dashboard or booking confirmation email.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the session = 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours = 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours = No Refund.

  • Prepaid services (including PRD Reviews) are non-refundable once any session or deliverable is provided.

7. PRD Review – Special Rules

  • PRD Review service spans 3 sessions over ~2 weeks.

  • Payment is prepaid and non-refundable once the first session begins.

  • All sessions (1–3) are part of a single deliverable.

  • Feedback documents, annotations, and session summaries are considered service delivery.

  • If you skip remaining sessions, the service is still delivered; no refund applies.

8. Service Delivery

A service is considered delivered when:

  • The scheduled session begins, or

  • A review document, feedback summary, or deliverable is shared via email or member dashboard.
     

Once delivered, the booking is closed and no refunds apply.

9. User Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for attending on time and ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • Sessions are guidance-based; no outcome is guaranteed, including job offers, interview results, promotions, PRD acceptance, manager approval, product success, or business growth.

  • Decisions made based on the guidance are your responsibility.

10. Communication

  • All booking, rescheduling, and cancellation communication must occur via email or member dashboard.

  • Personal messages (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone) are not accepted.

11. Session Types

  • Session types may be added, removed, or modified at any time.

  • By booking, you consent to receiving confirmations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
