1. Overview

 

This Payment & Refund Policy governs all paid services offered through tusharjain.co.in, owned and managed by Tushar Jain, an independent, self-employed consultant operating under UDYAM registration (Consulting Services). The Website is not a company, partnership, or registered GST entity.

 

By booking any service or making a payment, the user agrees to the terms described in this policy.​

2. Consultation Services

 

As of the effective date (1st December, 2025), the following paid services are offered:

 

2.1 One-on-One Consultation Calls

 

  1. PM Mentorship Session (60 mins)

  2. Mock Interview Session (60 mins)

  3. Problem Statement Brainstorming Session (60 mins)

  4. User Research Guidance Session (60 mins)


 

2.2 Product/Document Review Services

 

PRD Review Program

A multi-step service delivered across:

  • 3 live sessions held over 2 weeks

  • Review of PRD document shared by the participant during or post first session

  • Written or verbal feedback

  • Iterative refinement discussions


 

2.3 Flexibility Clause (Right to Add or Remove Services)

 

The consultant reserves the right to:

  • Introduce new service types

  • Modify existing service structures

  • Discontinue or remove services at any time without prior notice.

 

Confirmed bookings will not be affected by such changes.

3. Payment Processing

 

  • All payments are collected in advance and are processed securely using third-party payment gateways (e.g., PG Provider).

  • The Website does not store card, UPI, banking, or wallet data.

  • A booking is confirmed only after:

    • Full payment is received, and

    • Automated confirmation is issued by the payment gateway.

 

All service fees are charged in INR. Since the consultant is a freelancer without GST registration, no GST invoice will be issued.

4. Pricing & Billing Terms

 

  • Current prices are displayed on the service pages.

  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior announcement.

  • Once a user completes payment, the price at the moment of purchase is considered final and binding.

  • All services are prepaid and must be paid in full before scheduling.​

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

 

5.1 Rescheduling

 

  • Users may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.


 

5.2 Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session start time → Eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours → Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours → No refund.


 

5.3 No-Show

 

  • If the user does not join the call within the first 10 minutes:

    • The session is marked as completed,

    • No refund applies.​

6. Time Spillover Policy (Extra Time Beyond the Booking Slot)

 

  • Users must adhere to the booked session duration.

  • Calls end at the scheduled time.

  • If the consultant allows a spillover at their discretion:

  • Additional time will be billed proportionally (pro-rata based on session rate).

  • Payment for extra time must be cleared before the next session or before receiving deliverables (if applicable).

  • If the consultant declines spillover (to respect the next booking), the user must book an additional session.​

7. PRD Review Program - Special Conditions

 

  • Since PRD Reviews are multi-step and time-intensive:

    • Payment is 100% prepaid.

 

  • The program includes:

    • 3 live sessions

    • Review of shared materials

    • Iterations and feedback

 

  • Refunds are not offered once the program has:

    • Started with the first session, or

    • Review work has begun

 

Subjective dissatisfaction, disagreement with feedback, or differing opinions do not qualify for refunds. 

Users must attend sessions within the defined 2-week period. Unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.

8. Confirmation of Service Delivery

 

A service is considered delivered or completed when:

  • For Live Calls -

    • The scheduled call begins, or

    • The consultant waits for 10 minutes and the user does not join.

 

For PRD Review / Document Review -

  • Any review, feedback, comments, or deliverable is sent to the user through:

    • Email, or

    • Member dashboard, or

    • WhatsApp/Telegram (if agreed upon)

 

After service delivery has occurred, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

9. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Eligible Refund Cases -

    • Technical payment failure where:

    • Money is deducted but the booking is not created

    • Payment gateway confirms failure

 

  • Double/duplicate payments

  • Consultant-initiated cancellation due to:

    • Illness

    • Emergency

    • Scheduling conflict

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 

Non-Refundable Situations -

  • Refunds are NOT applicable for:

    • Completed consulting sessions

    • Missed sessions (no-show)

    • Late cancellations (<12 hours)

    • Completed PRD/document review work

    • Dissatisfaction with opinions, feedback, or outcome

    • User's change of mind

    • User inability to attend within allotted timelines

    • Poor network, technical issues, or unpreparedness from the user side

    • Sessions partially attended or ended early by the user

10. Invoices

 

Users may request a standard invoice (non-GST). Invoices will include:

  • Consultant Name: Tushar Jain

  • No GST Number / No GST Charged

  • Description of purchased service

  • Amount paid

  • Date

  • Transaction reference

​

UDYAM number will NOT be included unless explicitly required by law or requested by the user.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

Users agree to contact the consultant first before initiating a chargeback. 

 

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, the consultant may submit evidence to dispute the claim, including:

  • Email communication

  • Booking confirmation logs

  • Calendly/Wix scheduling proof

  • Call screenshots

  • Session attendance logs

  • Deliverables (reviews, files, notes)

  • Chat messages showing work completed

 

Any chargeback filed after confirmed service delivery will be disputed with full evidence.

12. Data Required for Payment & Booking

 

To process payments and create a booking, the Website may collect:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Preferred date/time

  • Service type

  • Payment confirmation from gateway

 

No financial data is stored by the Website.
