A User Research as a Service is an offering by Tushar, where he conducts 1:1 structured interviews with your target users, using the same frameworks used to validate Razorpay’s 0→1 products and multiple startup hypotheses. You get raw insights from real users, not guesswork. What This Includes Each user research interview includes: - Understanding the user’s background & mental model - Uncovering real pain points, not superficial problem statements - Exploring motivations, behaviours and triggers - Validating existing assumptions in your product - Evaluating alternatives the user currently uses - Understanding willingness to pay, urgency, frequency of pain - Identifying opportunity areas You will receive after each interview (verbally / documented): Key observations Notable behavioural patterns Red flags Actionable insights for your product Ideal For - Founders validating a new idea - PMs needing customer insights before building - Teams struggling with unclear user behaviour - Anyone who wants unbiased, high-quality user insights This Service is Not For - People looking for academic research + long reports - Teams without a defined target audience - Individuals expecting me to source 100+ users artificially Disclaimer - No outcomes or product success are guaranteed — research only reveals user behaviour, not business results. - You are responsible for sourcing your target users Pricing - ₹2,500 per user interview (30–45 mins) - Minimum booking: 2 interviews
Cancellation Policy
- All sessions must be pre-booked via the website and are confirmed only after full payment. - Sessions have fixed durations and do not extend for overruns. - Late arrival does not extend the session time. - Joining 10+ minutes late is treated as a no-show with no refund or reschedule. - You may reschedule only if requested at least 6 hours in advance. - Cancellation 24+ hours before the session → 100% refund. - Cancellation within 24 hours → 50% refund. - Cancellation within 12 hours → No refund. - Once a session or any deliverable starts, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable. - All sessions are guidance-only with no guarantee of outcomes, and decisions taken are your responsibility.
