A structured 3-session engagement where you get detailed guidance on improving your PRD, approach, assumptions, structure, problem clarity, user research logic, and execution plan. Your PRD will be reviewed not as an academic exercise, but as something that must survive criticism from engineering, design, business, tech leads, and leadership. How This Engagement Works - This is a 3-session package delivered over 2 weeks. Session 1: Deep Dive & Diagnosis - You walk me through your PRD end-to-end (vision, problem, user, scope, flows). - I identify gaps in clarity, logic, user research depth, business reasoning, edge cases, and tech feasibility. - After the call, I do a detailed independent read-through of your PRD to prepare for Session 2. Session 2: Revised PRD Review - You present your updated draft. - I bring detailed critique from my independent review + our earlier discussion. - We actively debate assumptions, ambiguous flows, feasibility concerns, documentation gaps, and priority choices. - If required, we refine the problem statement, success metrics, and happy/unhappy paths. - After the call, you share the revised PRD and I do a quick follow-up scan before the final session. Session 3: Final Alignment & Leadership Readiness - You present your final PRD as if presenting to a Product Director. - I evaluate communication clarity, narrative structure, stakeholder readiness, and your ability to defend decisions. - Final recommendations to ensure your PRD can hold up in real discussions.
